Mitigate risk, optimize function
The top three leading causes of death are cardiovascular disease, cancer, and accidental death, followed closely by Alzheimer's/neurodegenerative disease. All of these conditions are by and large preventable, especially if warning signs and yellow flags are caught early on. Our desire is to truly make our clients anti-fragile, and that begins before the onset of illness or symptoms. Promoting longevity and health-span isn't about taking anti-aging supplements and fancy treatments - the majority is non-glamourous - hedging against the inevitable consequences of time, i.e. the main causes of death. Monitoring various biomarkers, changes in anatomy (MRI), vital signs, changes in an individual's expression of being, and subsequently implementing appropriate interventions before dysfunction manifests is key to promoting an anti-fragile system.
